Sangha
These verses open most fully when they are studied together. In the Plum Village tradition, a sangha gathers to read slowly, sit in stillness, and share from the heart. Whether online or in person, a gathering typically runs for ninety minutes, in three movements:
Sitting together
Meditation to begin — arriving, settling body and mind, and making space before the study.
The teaching
Reading slowly, one or two ideas at a time, letting a single verse reveal its many layers.
Dharma sharing
Listening deeply to one another, each person speaking from their own practice and experience.
Studying these teachings
If you would like to study these verses in community, you are warmly welcome to register your interest. Places in any group are limited, and this study is really for friends who are genuinely interested and have the conditions to deepen their practice.
And if you facilitate a sangha and would like to lead your own group through the verses, I would be glad to hear from you — and happy to share the material prepared for our study, should it be useful to you.
